      Order all of the above PTFs plus their associated
      prereq PTFs.  SMP RECEIVE all of these PTFs.  To

      put9406, expect to pullin over 100 ptfs as you

      ABEND806 or MSGCSV003I requested module DSNTIA1 not found
  or  RETURN CODE       20 FROM MESSAGE ROUTINE DSNTIAR
  may be experienced after fallback to V2.3 if the V3 level of
  DSNTIAR (DSNCIAR for CICS attach) is statically link-edited
  into user applications (vs. dynamically loaded).
     This is because the new version (v3 level) of DSNTIAR
  now dynamically calls DSNTIA1 (new V3 module).
     DB2 Admin. Guide Vol 1 (SC26488800 chap2 page229)
  Falling Back STEP 7:  recommends to relink with the V2.3
  DSNTIAR after fallback.
     Two other options also exist:
    (1) Copy DSNTIA1 into your V2.3 library
    (2) Have user application JCL point to V3 library
  to pick up DSNTIA1

     If you run with the V2.3 level of DSNTIAR statically
  link-edited in your application program on a V3 subsystem
  and encounter a new (V3) SQLCODE (+98, +111, +562, +610,
  -500, -610, -611, -617, -630, -640, -641,

  you will receive:
  MSGDSNT413I SQLCODE = xxxx, INVALID SQLCODE
