Book Title: DB2 Administration Guide, Vol II (SC26-4374-02)
    Page Number: 6-160
    Change Description:
Chapter 6-6, "BSDS Recovery," modify the first paragraph and
    subordinate bulleted items to read:

If DB2 is operating in dual BSDS mode and one BSDS becomes
damaged, DB2 is forced into single BSDS mode and continues
to operate. However, it is advisable to return the environ-
ment to dual BSDS mode. This requires terminating DB2 tem-
        porarily. Follow these steps:

        1. Terminate DB2 to deallocate the failing BSDS.

        2. Restart DB2, and using access method services, rename
or delete the damaged BSDS and define a new BSDS with the
same name as the failing BSDS. Control statements can be
           found in job DSNTIJIN.

        3. Issue the DB2 command RECOVER BSDS to make a copy of the
good BSDS in the newly allocated data set and to reinstat
           dual BSDS mode.
