  DB2 user receives SQLCODE -30080 with 0004 0008.
  This is a deffinitional problem at the DB2 requester site.
  In this case, DB2 is sending a TPN (Transaction Program Name)
  to a server but the server does not expect to receive TPNs,
  or a TPN is being sent to a server who expects one but it
  is the wrong TPN name (the server doesn't know of the TPN).
  The only server (as yet) that expects to receive a TPN is
  an SQL/DS server. All other servers do not expect to receive
  a TPN and will reject the request.
  The deffinitional parameter in DB2 that causes DB2 to send
  TPNs to a server is the SYSIBM.SYSLOCATIONS LINKATTR column.
  If the LINKATTR column for a server is non blank, DB2 will send
  a TPN to the server.  If a server does not expect a TPN, then
  the LINKATTR should be changed to blanks. If the server
  does expect a TPN, insure it is correct.
  Note: Changes to the LINKATTR column do not take affect
    until DDF is stopped and restarted.
