PROCESSING FOR DB2 R210 RUNNING UNDER MVS/ESA SP310 (HBB3310)
ON D/T3090 OR D/T4381 'E' MODELS (SUCH AS 3090-40E / 400E).
THE PROBLEM OCCURS BECAUSE THE HARDWARE IS NOT AT THE PROPER
ENGINEERING CHANGE (EC) LEVEL TO RECOGNIZE NEW INSTRUCTION OP
CODES ISSUED BY DB2 UNDER ESA (MVCDK MVCSK).
HARDWARE SYMPTOM FIX (HSF) ITEM H03841 DESCRIBES THIS PROBLEM
