  APAR OZ97619 DOES NOT HAVE TO BE APPLIED IF THE SYSTEM IS A
  370 SYSTEM. IF MSGIEA911I IS RECEIVED, THIS IS NOT A SYMPTOM
  OF THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM, BUT MEANS THAT THE DUMP DATA SETS
  SIZE NEED TO BE INCREASED.
  A 370 SYSTEM DOES NOT NEED THE ADDITIONAL STORAGE
  BLOCKS BECAUSE IT IS RESTRICTED IN THE AMOUNT OF
  STORAGE AVAILABLE. DB2 CHECKS WHETHER THE OPERATING
  SYSTEM IS AN X/A OR A 370 SYSTEM AND DB2 WILL NOT
  INCREASE THE SIZE BEYOND 1 MEG FOR THE 370 SYSTEM.
