Error description

• Hardwait FFF occurred in console support when processing
  a message that was issued during task termination.

  It may happen, that a message is issued during EOT processing
  after EOT processing has been run thru its EOT Console Router
  exit.
  In this case, the routing item for this message will contain
  the task's TCB pointer, which may have already been de-
  allocated when a console retrieves this message.
  When this no-longer-valid TCB pointer is used, unpredictable
  results (incl Hardwait FFF) may occur.
  

Problem conclusion

• We need to ensure that the TCB pointer is still valid for
  message issued during EOT processing.
