  Allow AR REIPL on z14 or higher.
  Note: When an automatic initial installation of z/VSE 5.2 fails
  after restore of IJSYSRS with a hardwait FFD on the REIPL from
  DOSRES, the installation can be continued by a manual IPL from
  the new DOSRES device.

Temporary fix

• To apply the fix as patch on z/VSE 5.2 as well as on z/VSE 5.1:
  Use AR command LOCATE AE770012. It will show:
  AR+0015   MATCH FOUND AT xxx
  Add 4 to the address xxx to calculate the address for the ALTER
  statement in following MSHP job (zzz=xxx+4).
