APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A job is generated e.g. on z/OS and sent to VSE/POWER from JES2.
  When the job is executed, VSE/POWER terminates the job due to
  RBF LIMIT reached and issues message 1Q5QI although no limit was
  specified.
  

Local fix

• submit the job with * $$ LST RBF=0

  When job is arrived from z/OS, its JHR includes
  some additional sections between General section
  and VSE/POWER section. The presence of these sections
  is ignored by RBF and OGM processing, which may result,
  for example, in incorrect canceling of a job with
  1Q5QI msg ("...RBF LIMIT nnnnnn EXCEEDED...")
  

Problem conclusion

• Code in IPW$$QM/AQ, IPW$$XJ and IPW$$XWE has been updated
  to locate POWER section in Job Header Record accordingly.
