Question
Is IBM Rational PurifyPlus supported on 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows?
 
Answer
PurifyPlus is not officially supported on 64-bit Microsoft Windows.

Attempting to instrument a 64-bit application on Microsoft Windows will fail. However, you should be able to instrument and run a 32-bit application on a 64-bit Microsoft Windows machine, but we cannot guarantee that this will be successful.


This function has been recognized as a request for enhancement (RFE) and has been logged under RATLC00763482.
