Problem
This technote identifies an issue that can occur in IBM Rational ClearQuest Web. You might experience a slow down in login time if there is a very large number of users in the ClearQuest environment.
Symptom
After logging into a Repository in ClearQuest Web, there might be a delay until the list of subscribed databases appears if there is a very large number of users in the ClearQuest environment.
Cause
This issue was identified as a product defect under APAR PM03427.
Environment
Resolving The Problem
This defect is fixed starting in version 7.1.1.1. Upgrade to the latest version to resolve this problem.
