Unable to apply maintenance to the licenses using Rational License Key Center

Problem(Abstract)
Attempts to generate new maintenance orders using the IBM Rational License Key Center results in the message "No upgradeable licenses found for this item".
Cause
There could be two reasons:
The maintenance renewal order has come through to a different account and not to the account where the licenses reside
The licenses are not yet deployed to a server
Resolving the problem
If the maintenance renewal order has come through to a different account and not to the account where the licenses reside, contact your sales administrator to have the entitlements moved to one account
If the licenses are not yet deployed to a server, deploy the licenses and then generate the maintenance renewal order.
