Error description

  • Using Rational Desktop IDE's such as RAD/RSA/RSM  related files
with extensions of *.emx and *.efs   do not display properties(a
s well as some other expected context menu options) while under
ClearCase control(as seen via the ClearCase details view) files
that are not of that type (for example .java files) display menu
s as expected.

Problem summary


    

  • The Properties action was disabled on the ClearCase context
menu in the ClearCase Explorer and on the Team menu in the
IDE perspective when a member of a Logical Resource was
selected.

  • A fix is available in CCRC client update 7.0.1.D090928
