Abstract
This alert is meant to inform you of support for Ubuntu 8.0.4 LTS Desktop which is available with the IBM Rational ClearCase Remote Client (CCRC) version 7.1 plug-ins.

Support for Ubuntu 8.0.4 LTS Desktop has been added for the ClearCase Remote Client version 7.1 plug-ins. The support includes ClearCase Remote Client as a plug-in to Eclipse for Eclipse versions 3.3 and 3.4.

Note: The ClearCase External Diff/Merge tools are not supported, users must use Eclipse or the new UTF based Diff/Merge tools for the Ubuntu platform.
