Unable to connect to Oracle DB when running Rational Functional Tester script from TestManager

Problem(Abstract)
When running a IBM Rational Functional Tester test script with database queries to Oracle Database from IBM Rational TestManager, there is no response from the database and no error message received. Running the test script from Rational Functional Tester directly has no problem.
 
Cause
The ClassLoader is different between Rational Functional Tester and Rational TestManager.

Unlike Rational Functional Tester, TestManager does not have its own classloaders to run a Rational Functional Tester script. It will use system provided classloader. Therefore, TestManager is not able to find the path to ojdbc14.jar which is required to connect to Oracle DB.
 
Resolving the problem
Rational Functional Tester v7.x and Rational Functional Tester v8.x
You need to copy "ojdbc-14.jar" to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\RFT\customization

On Microsoft Windows Vista the Rational Functional Tester customization folder is:
    C:\Users\All Users\IBM\RFT\customization

Rational Functional Tester v6.x
You need to copy "ojdbc-14.jar" file to <RFT-INSTALL DIRECTORY>\eclipse\jre\lib\ext\ folder.
(Default RFT-INSTALL DIRECTORY -> C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\SDP\6.0)

Note: JDBC driver has to be copied in to machine of \customization folder where Rational Functional Tester is installed.
