This Configuration Tool is a utility intended for us on the IBM 6500 Line Matrix and 6700 Thermal Printers.

The 6500/6700 Configuration Tool is a utility that assists the end user with setting up their printer for attachment to the following hosts:

- iSeries
- pSeries
- zSeries
- PCs running Windows

The different attachments covered in this tool are:

- Ethernet
- Coax
- Twinax
- Parallel
- Serial
 
Prerequisites
Running the IBM 6500/6700 Configuration Tool requires Adobe Acrobat.
 
 
Installation Instructions
Unzip the file (using Winzip, gzip, PKzip, etc.) allowing the zip tool to create the directory. Next, open the file ConfigSTART.pdf (using Adobe Acrobat) to start the tool.
