Resolving the problem
This problem has been known to occur in the following situations:
- You have enabled tunneling but have done it manually.
Check the Server document for Ports -> Internet Ports -> Web and under TCPIP settings make sure it has not been changed from 8088 to 80 The TCP/IP port number should be set to 8088.
- The CommunityConnectivity document in STConfig.nsf is corrupt in some way.
Recreating the CommunityConnectivity document and rebooting the server resolved the issue.
- The Meeting Server Port is not set correctly.
In the Stconfig.nsf -> Meeting Services document, the "Meeting Server Port" might be set to 80 and should be set to 8081.
