Error description

• ABEND0C4 in module ISTORMVA at offset x'578' at level UA44367.
  The ABEND occurs because the PSW is disabled and the code in
  ISTORMVA takes a page fault.

  ISTORMVA received control to process a VTALLOC storage
  request. It was running in PSW disable mode and branched to
  execute another instruction on the next page. The next page
  was not in storage, causing an ABEND0C4 in ISTORMVA.
  

Problem conclusion

• ISTCSLOD is changed to load the following modules into fixed
  storage:
    IUTLLCIX
    ISTAICI2
    ISTAICRX
    ISTAICUE
    ISTAPCFR
    ISTAPCIN
    ISTORCGS
    ISTORMVA
    ISTORMVF
    ISTRACAP
  ISTINCIL is also changed to load modules ISTORMVA and ISTORMVF
  into fixed storage.
  The following modules are recompiled for maintenance purposes:
    IUTLLCIX
    ISTAICI2
    ISTAICRX
    ISTAICUE
    ISTAPCFR
    ISTAPCIN
    ISTORCGS
    ISTORMVA
    ISTORMVF
    ISTRACAP
