This Fix Pack addresses issues in Version 7.0 of Business Space powered by WebSphere, in the following products that include Business Space:
Enterprise Content Management Widgets
WebSphere Business eEvents
WebSphere Service Registry and Repository
Please note the following:
- If you have installed Business Space V7.0 Interim Fix 1, you must also install Business Space V7.0 Interim Fix JR36142 to address a problem with uninstalling of Business Space V7.0 Interim Fix 1, before installing Business Space V7.0 Fix Pack 5.
- Important: All FileNet Business Process Manager V4.5.2 customers must install Business Space V7.0 Interim Fix JR36142 prior to applying any other maintenance to Business Space; this is because V4.5.2 ships with Business Space V7.0 Interim Fix 1.
- Each of the following products also include Business Space, but Business Space within each of these products must be updated to the V7.0.0.5 level by installing V7.0 Fix Pack 5 for that product, instead of *this* Business Space V7.0 Fix Pack 5:
WebSphere Business Monitor
WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (this link will be activated very shortly on June 26, 2012)
WebSphere Process Server (this link will be activated very shortly on June 26, 2012)
For a list of fixes included in this Fix Pack, please refer to Fix/Update list for Business Space powered by WebSphere: Version 7.0. (Note that the fixes are also included in V7.0 Fix Pack 5 for each of the WebSphere products listed in the bullet above.)
Prerequisites
- You must be using Business Space that ships with one of the following products:
- Enterprise Content Management Widgets
- WebSphere Business Events
- WebSphere Service Registry and Repository
- Business Space must be at Version 7.0, Version 7.0.0.2, Version 7.0.0.3, or Version 7.0.0.4.
- WebSphere Application Server (the instance on which Business Space is installed) must be at Version 7.0.0.23 or higher. (Note: The installation instructions linked below provide steps for upgrading WebSphere Application Server to Version 7.0.0.23.)
