Uninstalling Interim Fix 2

Before uninstalling WebSphere Business Monitor development toolkit Version 6.2 Interim Fix 2, remove any additional interim fixes you have applied to the toolkit environment after you applied Interim Fix 2.
  1. Close any running Rational Application Developer or WebSphere Integration Developer workspace and stop all application servers, process servers, and related processes.
  2. Start the IBM Installation Manager and click Roll Back.
  3. On the Roll Back Packages dialog, click Next.
  4. Select the package group that has the IBM WebSphere Business Monitor development toolkit 6.2 installed and click Next.
  5. Under the installed IBM WebSphere Business Monitor development toolkit 6.2.0.0, select the appropriate version (6.2.0.001 or 6.2.0.0) and click Next.
  6. Click Roll Back.
  7. When the rollback is completed, click View Log File on the last panel to verify that there are no errors.

Note: You might see the following error message in the displayed log file: WebSphere Application Server version 6.1.0.21 test environment from Rational Application Developer is not installed. You must install the WebSphere Application Server version 6.1 test environment from Rational Application Developer version 7 and upgrade it to version 6.1.0.21. You can safely ignore this error.

  8. If you have the WebSphere Business Monitor test environment installed, open the interim fix uninstallation log file in the following location:
