After logging into Passport Advantage® (PPA) the activation key
was not found for DB2® Connect Personal Edition.
Where is the license and how can I find it?
Cause
While the license files for DB2 V9.1 and DB2 V9.5 server products
are available in a separate download called the "activation key",
the DB2 Connect Personal Edition licenses are not. They are
shipped with the actual product.
Answer
The license file for DB2 Connect Personal Edition is delivered with the download of the product when downloaded from Passport Advantage.
Download one of the db2conpe v9.1 or v9.5 products from PPA
which will contain the two license files needed for db2conpe:
../db2/license/ db2conpe.lic
../db2/license/ db2jcc_license_cisuz.jar
