WebSphere Portal Enable for z/OS APARS fixed in 6.0.1.3

In addition to the other fixes integrated into this fix pack which are not platform-specific, the following fix is integrated into the z/OS version of this fix pack and is not integrated into the multiplatform version of the 6.0.1.3 fix pack.

This is the first service release for the z/OS platform and includes all of the fixes to date from the previously released fix and refresh packs already delivered for the multiplatform editions.
