Abstract
This fix resolves the following problem reported for IBM® WebSphere® Portal (WP) in APAR# PK61633.
 
Download Description
After upgrading to IBM® WebSphere® Portal/Workplace Web Content Management™ (WCM) v6.0.1.3, you are unable to install any WCM interim fixes.

This exception is noted when trying to apply any interim fix for WCM (in this example, PK58305) after upgrading to v6.0.1.3:

A product prerequisite relationship was not satisified.
The product IBM WebSphere Portal MultiPlatform (with ID MP) is installed.
The product IBM WebSphere Portal Document Manager (with ID PDM) is installed.
The product IBM WebSphere Portal Personalization (with ID PZN) is installed.
The product IBM WebSphere WebSphere Portal Web Content Manager (with ID WCM) is installed.
The product IBM WebSphere WebSphere Portal Web Content Manager (with ID WCM) is installed.
The fix PK58305 is not supported on any of these products.

Please fix the problem or remove the invalid efix from the list and try again

This is due to an extra .product file in the PortalServer/version directory for WCM. This file is created as a backup during the 6013 upgrade and is called:

<PortalServer root>/version/WCM.6013.rollback.product

This file references the version of WCM found prior to upgrading. Because it is a .product file, WebSphere Portal reads this as the currently installed version of WCM and as a result, WCM interim fix installations for 6.0.1.3 can fail.

To resolve this issue, apply the fix found below.
 
Prerequisites
WebSphere Portal and Web Content Management V6.0.1, fix pack 3 (6.0.1.3). This fix should be installed immediately following the upgrade to 6.0.1.3.

Installation Instructions
NOTE: YOU MUST FIRST DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE INSTALLER TOOL IN ORDER TO INSTALL A FIX.
The WebSphere Portal Update Installer (PUI) can be downloaded from the following link:
http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=688&uid=swg24006942

*Reminder: the version of PUI used varies based on the version of WebSphere Portal. Ensure the correct version is in use.*

Please refer to the Portal Update Installer documentation for
installation instructions of Portal Update Installer.

Directions to apply Fix:

1) Make sure the WAS adminpassword is in PortalServer/config/wpconfig.properties file so that it is available for config to run.

2) Shutdown WebSphere Portal

3) Follow the Fix installation instructions that are packaged with the Portal Update Installer on how to install the Fix.

4) Restart WebSphere Portal and synch any cluster systems
