Error description

Local fix

  • Stop server1 and WebSphere Portal. Then run the command:

    ConfigEngine wp-modify-federated-security
    -DWasPassword=<password> -Dskip.ldap.validation=true

This will cause the task to run in local mode rather than
    against the server.

Problem summary
