This fix pack includes a cumulative collection of fixes and updated support for several underlying components. This fix pack updates the IBM WebSphere Portal 6.1 (6.1.0.0) or 6.1.0.1 level to the 6.1.0.2 service release level. The fix pack can be used to upgrade the IBM Lotus Web Content Management 6.1 (6.1.0.0) or 6.1.0.1 level to the 6.1.0.2 service release level. This fix pack can also be used to upgrade IBM WebSphere Portal Express 6.1 (6.1.0.0) or 6.1.0.1 level to the 6.1.0.2 service release level.

After successfully installing this fix pack, the fix for APAR PK84560 ("Update PSELibs.zip under <WP_root>/installableApps/") is a required fix that should be installed, especially for users of the Portal Search Engine component. The fix for this is available from the same download page as the fix pack.
