The following add-on utilities offer additional value for your PDM migration needs. The 'Counter' tool is a pre-migration step and the 'Library Delete' tool is a post-migration operation.
- Portal Document Manager Counter tool
The Portal Document Manager counter tool analyzes WebSphere Portal Document Manager V6.0 libraries to determine the number of folders, documents, drafts, versions, and views. The counter tool also provides the maximum, minimum, and average file size of library entities and the total size of libraries.

- Portal Document Manager Library Delete tool
The library delete tool is a portlet that you deploy to WebSphere Portal and use to delete Portal Document Manager libraries migrated from WebSphere Portal Document Manager V6.0. You should use the library delete tool after you complete your migration to WebSphere Portal V6.1 with the WebSphere Portal Document Manager migration tool.
