Troubleshooting


Problem

Many of the warning, informational, and error messages received in Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) versions v8.4 through v9.x can be found in the WebSphere logs.

Resolving The Problem

Listed below are the locations of the useful logs:

TWS v8.4

UNIX:

Windows:

TWS v8.5.x

UNIX:

<TWAHome>/eWAS/profiles/twaprofile/logs/<servername>

TWS v8.6

In general the most useful file for troubleshooting issues is "SystemOut.log".
