Problem(Abstract)
The table below shows an overview of the operating system levels supported by Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) server, client, and storage agent.
 
Cause
This table is an overview only. For the most current details for each component's platform support, including Hardware Requirements, please click on the platform name in the Platform column (column on left) of the table.

  • Windows 7, all editions (except Automated System Recovery (ASR)), all SPs supported. Client level 6.1.2 or higher required.

NOTE:
  • The V6.1 TSM client is supported on a Hyper-V guest, if the guest is running an operating system supported by the V6.1 TSM client. See Virtualization support page here.
