Importing users with special characters from AD in LDAP

 Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem(Abstract)
Error when trying to import user from Active Directory. Some users have the ' character in his/her name, for example: "REBECA S D'LIMA ". The ' characters break the SQL sentence and the users can not be added.

Resolving the problem
The workaround for this limitation is to use the following values in LDAP configuration:

ldap.userEmail = userPrincipalName
ldap.userid = userPrincipalName
