After GSKit version 7.04 is installed on the machine running the TEPS ITM 6.2 GA,
the TEPS fails to start with the following error messages in the log:

ex:

ctutil.cpp,1857,"CTUtil::initCryptoContext") ICC initialization failed
ctutil.cpp,1857,"CTUtil::initCryptoContext") majRC=2, minRC=5, mode=0

ICC Initialization failed. TEPS does not start.

Answer
This problem has been already reported as DCF 1279255 on ITM 6.1, and we can resolve it by ITM 6.1 FP06.
However, ITM 6.2 GA still has this problem.

This problem on ITM 6.2 was reported as APAR IY97819.1.
ITM 6.2 does not support GSkit 7.0.4.11.
This will be fixed in ITM6.2 FP01.
