ITM 6.1 TEPS configuration fails with SQL0554N error

Problem(Abstract)
"itmcmd config -A cq" command fails with error - "Failed to grant rights to <user_name>".
 
Resolving the problem
Complete error message is as below:-

- "Failed to grant rights to <user_name>".
ERROR: Unable to create TEPS, return code = 6
Check the log file '/share/ITM/logs/db2prep.log' for more informations.

db2prep.log shows the SQL0554N error:
Granting rights to <user_name>...
DB21034E The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a valid Command Line Processor command.
During SQL processing it returned: SQL0554N An authorization ID cannot grant a privilege to itself. SQLSTATE=42502

The cause of this error is that Admin and Database User IDs are the same user. They can not be the same.
You should use the different User for Admin User ID and Database User ID.
