Origin before hostname in (w)postemsg usage to avoid DNS requests

 Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem(Abstract)
Even if hostname and origin IP value are defined in the (w)postemsg invocation, this still asks DNS to find the origin IP value

Resolving the problem
Origin slot by default contains the ip_address of the hostname of the machine involved in the event and postemsg asks DNS the exact value to fill such a slot.
In order to prevent such service request, the user should provide to the command also
the origin slot and should pass origin before hostname reference, like the following:

wpostemsg -m testmsg origin=anything hostname=something TEC_Notice TEC.

Changing the order between hostname and origin may cause DNS is invoked again.
