Sending events to the TEC Server via Non-TME if TME Method Fails

Problem(Abstract)
If TME Communications fail to send an EVENT to the TEC Server, how can that event be sent via NON-TME Communications instead of caching the event.
 
Resolving the problem
Sample Environment:

TMR A (TMR + TEC Server)

TMR B (TMR Gateway Interconnected to TEC TMR)

There are occasions where the TEC Server TMR will be up and running, but the Gateway TMR will be taken down for maintenance. During this maintenance period, the adapter needs to have the ability to send events received to the TEC Server vi NON-TME Communication.

In order to set this up, the Adapter Configuration file needs to have a second entry for the Transport List. Basically, the adapter will try to use the TME Communication and if that fails, it will then try to use NON-TME Communication. Below is an example (In this particular case, the ip address of the Event Server is 1.1.1.1):
