After installing TEC for the first time get error message:

when trying to start the TEC

If Active Directory is in use on the machine then Tivoli Authentication Package uses the Tivoli remote access account to connect to Active Directory rather than using an anonymous login. To use this
feature, you must set the Tivoli Remote Access account to a valid domain-qualified user ID and password. This can be done with the wsettap -r command.
Also if MSSQL is used, the user id that was used to install this needs to be added as a login user for the Tivoli root user login. (Root_xxx-region)
