Problem(Abstract)
TEC server crashes seconds after it is started, after there has been a previous crash.
The tec_rule file reports a 211 error.
Collect a rules trace and check if the last line of this file references a .wic file
 
Cause
When a TEC system crashes it is possible for any .wic files to become corrupted.
 
Resolving the problem
When a TEC system crashes it is possible for any .wic files to become corrupted.

Delete the corrupted .wic file.

Compile and reload the rules; this will recreate the .wic file.

Restart the TEC server.
