Problem(Abstract)
tec_console using create operators unassigns other operators so that they have to be reassigned.
Cause
When a new operator is assigned to a console via the operators, create operators option then all other operators become unassigned from their consoles.
Resolving the problem
When a new operator is assigned to a console via the operators, create operators option then all other operators become unassigned from their consoles.
If this has been done the operators can be reassigned quickly to the consoles by: 1) In the Configuration window, click on Consoles 2) Select the console name and right click, select Properties. 3) On the screen that appears select the assigned operators, unassign them by moving them to the unassigned window and then assign them again by moving them back to the assigned window. 4) The operators are now assigned to the consoles.
The fix for this problem is now in 3.8 FP03 and higher fix pack releases ( IY52333 ). It is also in 3.9 which is the support version of TEC.
