  DB2PM and DB2PE accounting reports will show incorrect class 1
  IIPCP and CP times for LOAD, REORG, and REBUILD utilities using
  index build parallelism when run with zIIP processors or with
  PROJECTCPU=YES. The CPU times shown in the reports are higher
  than the CPU time actually used.
  

Problem conclusion

• LOAD, REORG, and REBUILD have been modified so that accounting
  data can be correctly collected.
