    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When processing a large input SQL *

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    DSNREXX uses a buffer to process SQL
    statements.

    For non-prepared statements and for
    non-execute immediate statements,
    DSNREXX does not increase the buffer.

    This results in one of the following:
     (1) Abend 0C4 (ABEND0C4)
     (2) SQLCODE -104 (SQLCODE104)

Problem conclusion

  • DSNREXX has been modified to increase the buffer.
