Resolving the problem
2005-H08, 2005-H16 and 2109-M14 are supported by Fabric OS v4.2.0c or later.

Release notes v4.1.2f (pdf)

Versions 4.1.2f and 4.2.0c are recommended only for use in migrating to version 4.4.2b.
