Approach does not import comma-delimited text file correctly

Problem
When you import a comma-delimited text file into an existing database using Lotus Approach®, the memo fields are truncated at the first comma and a character is incorrectly inserted in the first space of the field.
Diagnosing the problem
There is no issue if the delimited file is less than 141 KB. This situation only occurred with one delimited file.
Resolving the problem
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# NALN76QM3N. Refer to Document #1091825, "Removing carriage returns and line feeds from a memo field", if the issue deals with a problem replacing line feeds before exporting,
