This document contains a link to a .zip file containing updated monthcal.mwp SmartMaster templates for Lotus Word Pro that fix a problem in which years after 2005 do not display. The .zip files contain 11 templates in 11 languages and cover years up to 2099.

1. Close all programs, especially Word Pro.

2. In Windows Explorer, locate the existing monthcal.mwp that already exists in Word Pro, usually found in the C:\lotus\SMasters\Wordpro directory. Rename this file to OLDmonthcal.mwp.

3. Double-click the following link and download the WP_smasters.zip file to your Temp directory:

ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/software/lotus/fixes/SmartSuite/WP_smasters.zip

4. Unzip the file which contains 11 updated monthcal templates in 11 languages:

-- US (en): MONTHCAL.MWP
-- Danish (da): MDRKALEN.MWP
-- Dutch (nl): MNDAGNDA.MWP
-- Finnish (fi): KUUKALEN.MWP
-- French (fr): CALMOIS.MWP
-- German (de): MONATKAL.MWP
-- Italian (it): AGNMENS.MWP
-- Norwegian (no): KALMND.MWP
-- Portuguese Brazilian (pt): CALMES.MWP
-- Spanish (es): AGENMES.MWP
-- Swedish (sv): KALENDER.MWP

5. Select the appropriate language SmartMaster and copy it into your ...\smasters\wordpro directory.

6. Restart Word Pro.
