Abstract
Provides an updated Meeting Room Scheduler SmartMaster to address 2 o'clock time frame error.

Attached below is a URL for a .ZIP file that contains an updated Meeting Room Scheduler SmartMaster that addresses the issue where reserving any of the rooms for 2 O'clock PM when there is already a reservation for that same room that extends up to, but not including 2 PM, results in a message that the room is unavailable even though it really is available.

Installation instructions
1. Click on the link or navigate to the following URL:

ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/software/lotus/fixes/SmartSuite/App_SchedSM.zip

2. Download this file to your local drive.

3. Unzip the file.

The extracted files will be:
- SCHEDULE.MPR
- App_SchedSM.txt

To Install:
1. Exit Lotus Approach (9.8.1).

2. Make a backup of \lotus\smasters\approach\SCHEDULE.MPR by renaming the file. For example, rename the file
SCHEDULE.BAK.

3. Copy the updated SCHEDULE.MPR file to the \lotus\smasters\approach directory.

4. Reboot and relaunch Lotus Approach.
