Question
A specific version of Lotus® QuickPlace® is required for each version of Lotus Domino®. Which version of QuickPlace should you install over an existing Domino installation?
 
Answer
The following versions of QuickPlace can be installed over the corresponding version of Domino:

Note 1:
Team WorkPlace 6.5.1 requires a fix pack when running on Domino 6.5.4 or a later 6.5.x release. For more information, see "Required Team Workplace 6.5.1 Fix Pack for Domino 6.5.4" linked to below.

Note 2:
The only version of QuickPlace that will run on Domino 5.0.9 will be for the AIX platform. QuickPlace on AIX will run on any maintenance update of Domino 5.0.9, including 5.0.9a.

QuickPlace for iSeries provides updates to allow QuickPlace 3.0 to run on Domino 5.0.11 and Team Workplace 6.5.1 to run on Domino 6.5.1, 6.5.2, or 6.5.3. To obtain the necessary updates, refer to the following page:
Note 3:
You can upgrade Lotus QuickPlace® Version 6.5.1 or 7.0 to Lotus Quickr 8.0. For Lotus Quickr information, refer to "Versions of Lotus Quickr to use with Lotus Domino" (1267398).
