Is there an automatic refresh for Web browser or ODMA clients used with Domino Document Manager?
|
| | | | Question | | If you use a Lotus Notes client to access Lotus Domino Document Manager, the screens you see automatically refresh. If you use a Web browser client or Desktop Enabler (ODMA) client , the screens do not refresh automatically. | | | | | Answer | | Domino Document Manager is working as designed. An enhancement request to change this functionality has been submitted to Quality Engineering as SPR# HMON647NU8.
To refresh the screen in a Web browser or Desktop Enabler client, the user must take action to force a refresh.
- For a Web browser, click the refresh icon, which displays as two green arrows in a circle.
- For the Desktop Enabler clients, you can select Refresh from various menus, such as the right-click menu.
