IBM® Lotus® Domino® 8.5 is now certified on Microsoft® Windows® 2008
 
Content
Certification testing has been completed for IBM Lotus Domino 8.5 on Windows 2008. Windows 2008, 32-bit operating system and Windows 2008 64-bit operating system are now supported for Domino 8.5.

Also, Domino 32-bit version and Domino 64-bit version are both supported. See the Domino 8.5 detailed system requirements at http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27013072

Please note that 8.5 will be the earliest version of Domino to support Windows 2008.
