Diagnosing The Problem
Review the ACBERFL=X'DC' error in the "DFSMS Macro Instructions for Data Sets" publication SC26-7408-01.
The error was defined as follows in the OPEN Return and Reason codes:
Decimal 220(X'DC') description: The ACB MACRF specification is GSR or LSR and the data set's control interval size exceeds the
size of the largest buffer specified in BLDVRP.
Issue a LISTCAT for the SDIDS and compare it with what is in the BLXVDEF source for the SDIDS LSR definitions.
Resolving The Problem
The customer determined they had old data sets in the wrong places. They were pointing to the wrong loadlib in steplib.They corrected and the problem was resolved.
