This document describes the documentation needed to expedite the handling of your problem.

Answer

When reporting a problem with IMS™ Sysplex Manager to IBM Support, you should have the following information available:

  • 1) The version of IMS Sysplex Manager

    2) The maintenance level

    3) The version of IMS

    4) A description of the problem


In addition to the information above, depending upon the type of problem, you might be required to provide additional information such as dumps, trace information, screen prints, and proclib members for the control region, data collectors, and servers.
