Question

When invoking ADBL clist (for a specific DB2® subsystem), a copyright pop-up panel is displayed and the application is terminated. While running ADBL clist in DEBUG mode, check that license routine ADB2LC issues a LASTCC of 1012 (CC1012): ADB2LC: Check license LICDATA(After)='ADB ADB2LM 2002060100.58 5655-E64', Current Time = 20030410124805009 SET LCC = &LASTCC (equals 1012).

Answer

Reference Step 4 and Step 5 of Chapter 2 of the DB2 Administration Tool User's Guide. During the installation of DB2 Administration Tool, CC1012 can be avoided by running Step 5 ("Customize the ISPF Environment") before Step 4 ("Verify activation of limited functionality"), if the Admin load libs are not link listed or allocated to the TSO session.
