Problem

This document describes the documentation needed to expedite the handling of your problem.

Resolving The Problem

Please FTP the following information:

1) IMS:

a) Any system dump taken

b) The entire job log from SDSF (batch job, BMP, or IMS Dependent Region)

c) The IMS DLI started task system dump

e) The Load Library PDS containing the IMS Segment Exit used for Data Encryption

2) DB2:

a) Any system dump of the DB2 xxxxDBM1 started task (where xxxx is the DB2 subsystem ID).

b) The entire job log of TSO region, batch job, IMS dependent region, containing the -652

c) The Load Library PDS containing the DB2 Editproc used for Data Encryption
