Hardware requirements:

• Memory: Minimum of 1 GB RAM
• Disk space: Minimum of 750 MB of disk space is required for product package installation. Additional disk space is required for the resources that you develop.
• Display: 1024 x 768 display minimum using 256 Colors (or higher for best results)
• Other hardware: Microsoft® mouse or compatible pointing device

This version of the product was developed for use with Eclipse 3.4.2, using the IBM JDK 1.6 SR 5. If you are extending an existing Eclipse environment, these are prerequisites.

IBM Optim Development Studio, Version 2.2 supports the following data sources:

• DB2® for Linux, UNIX®, and Windows Versions 8.2 (FP 11 or higher), 9.1, 9.5, and 9.7
• DB2 for iSeries® V5R3 and V5R4
• DB2 for z/OS® Versions 8.1, 9.1 (compatibility mode), and 8.1 and 9.1 (new function mode)
• IBM Informix Dynamic Server Versions 10.0, 11.1 and 11.5
• Oracle Database Versions 10g, 10g R2, 11g
