ABSTRACT: With PJ31525, applications using MQ COMMON-YES
queues have a greater chance of slowing down after recoup.
Also, with PJ33087 CTL-6DF may occur after recoup.

ABSTRACT: With PJ30039 applied, using TPF Debugger
Variables or Monitor view can show the incorrect values for
